Dana Bashor, President of Antares / Planet Antares Inc., worked closely with ETP's design teams and engineers in the original design of the Natural Choice Refreshment Center. Mr. Bashor continues to oversee the efforts to constantly improve and refine the equipment, incorporating new features as the technology becomes available.

Mr. Bashor and ETP believe in simplicity of design and versatility of function. When the Refreshment Center was developed, they performed finite analysis as well as kinetic studies, allowing them to determine the functionality, flaws and strengths of a product, and then find the most cost effective way to manufacture it.

This allows for a more economical machine that is easily maintained and serviced. No prior training is needed to service the equipment, and the compact design is particularly attractive for small to medium locations.

Unlike many manufacturers, ETP obtains UL and CSA approval on new products. All units are tested at the factory before shipping. In addition to their own inspections, they deal only with suppliers who have accredited quality control. ETP not only product tests all equipment before it leaves the factory, but they also test the packaging that is used to ship the product.

Production units are shipped within 2 working days of receipt of order and funds-often sooner. ETP's long-term relationship with their shippers allows reliable delivery as well as the ability to negotiate in the event of any freight damage. They work with their shippers on package design to ensure safe arrival of our products.
